Do you make plans?
Plaisir vert doesn’t make plans.
We collaborate with landscape architects and lay out their designs.
By default, we produce designs by Julien Paps, who is our co-founder.
Why do you call in outside help for certain projects?
Because we want to give our customers the best possible service.
Take advantage of our network and share it with those around us.
We give great projects to specialists in their fields, and we give the best specialists to our customers.
Our team is experienced in a variety of fields, but we specialize in landscaping, planting and exterior joinery.
Our colleagues do the same, passing on jobs to us or working together, because it’s a virtuous circle.
Do you use approved chemicals?
Some of our staff are licensed to use weed-killing chemicals.
However, we strictly respect its use under special conditions.
If we could, we wouldn’t use it at all.
We are making a major exception for the only product for which there is no marketable alternative: products to combat the box tree borer.
And we are doing this after studying the area, because we are fully aware of the negative impact on birds.
Outside these conditions, we have every right to refuse any request for chemical spraying work.

What do I do if I can't do the communications online?
By default and for practicality’s sake, we transmit the link to the documents to be signed online.
A link to a video tutorial is always included in the e-mail.
If you don’t understand how to proceed, there are several solutions:
- print the document and return it by e-mail / post
- request a copy by e-mail attachment and return it by e-mail / post
- request a copy by post and return it by mail / courier
Each solution has a different reaction speed.
